Newborn to 3 months = 15’ Waist
3 to 6 months = 16’ Waist
6 to 12 months = 17’ Waist
12 to 24 months = 18’ Waist
2T and above = 18’ – 20’ Waist
3 to 6 months = 16’ Waist

For kids 7T above, for the best fit; I recommend to measure around the waist & length desired for your tutu.
